Bill Stannard is the 3rd generation of Wellington Implement's ownership group and has brought Wellington Implement from a WWII era business into it's current state of the art facility. A graduate of Ohio State University with a B.S in Business Administration, Bill has been with the company since 1973. He has worked as a technician and as a part of the service team. Bill's hobbies include old IH trucks. He has a son and daughter, four grandchildren, and a school teacher wife who puts up with it all. |
Patti Young – Office Manager/Co-Owner As an owner of Wellington Implement, Patti Young has been playing an active role in Wellington Implement since 1998. Patti has a B.A from Ohio Wesleyan University and a M.A from Hunter College, NYC. Before joining the team at Wellington Implement Patti worked as a teacher, and in public relations in the food, wine, and travel industries. Patti's responsibilities include human resources, payroll, hiring, and insurance. She also was part of the management team that built the new Wellington Implement facility in |

Tom Stannard - Sales Manager Tom Stannard is the 4th generation of Wellington Implement's ownership group. He started his career with Wellington Implement in 1994 but has spent his whole life within the industry. A graduate of Ohio State University with a B.S in Ag Engineering, Tom is responsible for much of the equipment ordering, and assists with many of the ag equipment demonstrations. He also works to maintain the computer network and website. Tom has specialized training in precision farming and guidance, large tractors and combines. Tom is married with two daughters and some of his pastimes include racing and cruising on sailboats, home brewing, and following Buckeye football.

Ext. - 309 With over 20 years in the industry, Dave Cornish has been with Wellington Implement since 2002. Dave has also had experience as a parts manager. He is married with a daughter and son and some of his pastimes include showing dairy cattle and the state and county fairs.

Jeff Gott has been with Wellington Implement since 2001 and has 15 years of sales experience and 9 years of power equipment experience. A graduate of OSU ATI with a degree in landscape design and construction, some of Jeff's special awards include Star State Farmer, and an American Farmer Degree. Jeff is married with three children and on his time off he serves as a Lorain County Jr Fair Advisor. Jeff enjoys hunting, farming, and OSU football.

John Scheerer - Sales John Scheerer has been with Wellington Implement since 2003 and has also acted as Wellington Implement's Service Manager. A graduate of OSU ATI, John has also kept up with continuing education and currently serves the markets south and east of Wellington as an Ag Specialist. John is married with a daughter and son and on his time off enjoys working outdoors.

Ext. - 232 Don Wacker has been with Wellington Implement since 1996 and has extensive product knowledge as he currently farms over 300 acres. Don is married with three daughters whom he has put through college. He enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, hunting, and riding ATVs.

Mike Dahs - SalesExt. - 311 Mike Dahs has been with Wellington Implement since 2011. Mike graduated with an Agriculture Commerce Degree from Ohio State University. He served in the Marine Corps for 8 yars and enjoys working on the family farm and truck and tractor pulling. Mike is married with no kids (yet!)

Service Department
With over 30 years in the industry, David Bremke has been with Wellington Implement since 2007, and has worked as a warranty administrator and as the service scheduler for the agriculture side of the business. In 2010 David became the Manager of the Service Department overseeing the entire department and handling customer relations, Ag warranties, along with scheduling and billing. He works hard to communicate with the other managers and employees to help improve processes and procedures. David has 7 years of trade schooling to become a Tool and Die Maker and a CNC repairman. He has additional training in welding, trigonometry, blue print reading and CAD drawing, industrial electricity, and ISO training for the manufacturing industry.

Ext. - 231 Craig Youngblood has been with Wellington Implement since 2010. Craig's background is extensive including specialized training in Hazmat, ISO9000, and firefighting. Some of his pastimes include motorcycle and ATV riding, muscle car restoration, and hunting.

Ext. - 308 Kim Twining has been with Wellington Implement since 2001. Kim handles the service department billing and much of the service department's customer service. She has three sons and enjoys helping her youngest son in 4-H, wine making, and restoring old homes.

Ryan has been with Wellington Implement since 2011 as one of their Ag technicians. He also has experience in the auto and marine industries. Ryan has a degree from UTI-Illinois as well as specialized training in auto, diesel and industiral technologies. He is married with two boys and a girl and enjoys racing motocross, anything motorized and anything to do with the outdoors.

Joe Klier has been with Wellington Implement since 2009 and has an Agriculture and Diesel Technology Diploma from UNOH. Joe has additional training in 400 series skid steers Joe is married and in his spare time enjoys hunting and farming. |

With over 30 years in the industry as an Ag Tech, Frank Storrow has been with Wellington Implement since 2001 and has also worked as a truck driver. Frank has additional training in hay equipment, skid steers, and compact tractors and is also responsible for maintaining the company trucks and equipment. In his spare time Frank enjoys hunting, fishing, farming part-time, and raising and selling livestock off the farm. |

Scott Twining has been with Wellington Implement since 1996 and is a lawn and garden technician. Scott has additional training on Cub Cadet, Scag, and Echo equipment and Kohler, Briggs and Stratton, and Kawaski engines. In his spare time Scott works on the family farm and enjoys riding dirt bikes. |

Andy Mohler has been with Wellington Implement since 1995 and has over 20 years in the industry. Andy has his associates degree and his responsibilities include an assortment of service activities. Andy is married with three children. |

Kyle Osborne - Intern Technician
Kyle has been with Wellington Implement since 2011. He graduated from the LCJVS and has specialized training in Industrial equipment mechanics. He has a FFA state degree and took 3rd place in the sate for tractor trouble shooting. Kyle enjoys being with his family and farming. |

Doug has been with Wellington Implement since 2011 and has 25 years of farming experience. Doug enjoys car shows and gardening and has been married for 40 years to his wife. He has a son and a daughter. |

With over 25 years in the industry, Mark Prenatt has been with Wellington Implement since 2003 and has also worked in service department. Mark has special training as a diesel mechanic. As the parts manager Mark's goal is to efficiently run the parts department while making sure all of the customer's needs are taken care of. Mark is married with two children. Outside of Wellington Implement he is involved in 4-H and continues to farm. |

Joe Rollin – Precision Farming Specialist Ext. - 302 Joe Rollin has been with Wellington Implement since 2004 and been part of both the parts and service department and the safety board. He has additional training on precision harvesting, AFS desktop software, and Autopilot II, III. Joe is responsible for overseeing the sales and support of Wellington Implement's precision farming products. Joe is married and enjoys fishing, hunting, and farming. |

Rob Breyley started his career with Wellington Implement in 2009 as an intern through OSU ATI where he earned an associate’s degree in Ag Commerce. He has specialized training in Draper Heads. Outside of Wellington Implement Rob enjoys working on his family farm, OSU games, trap and target shooting, and tractor pulls.

Matt Sayler – Parts DepartmentExt. - 229 Matt Sayler has been an employee since 2011 but has been involved in the ag industry his entire life through work on his family's farm. He holds a BS in Animal Science from Ohio State University. Matt is married with a daughter and outside of Wellington Implement Matt enjoys truck and tractor pulling, Nascar and muscle cars, OSU football, and working on the family farm. |

Shelly Leighton - Accounting Manager & Controller Shelly Leighton has been with Wellington Implement since 2011. A graduate of Franklin University with a B.S. in Accounting, Shelly has over fifteen progressive years in accounting. A former veteran of the United States Navy, she is able adapt to many situations which has enabled her to inherit a strong work ethic and the value of working as team. Shelly is married with one son and enjoys fishing with her husband. |

Jamie Waddell - Accounting Assistant Jamie has been with Wellington Implement since 2011. Jamie has specialized training in accounting and is a graduate of Firelands High School and the JVS Adult Career Center. She enjoys raising labrador retrievers, pygmy goats, and miniture donkeys with her kids for their 4-H projects. She is engaged with two children. |

Ext. – 230 Brenda Stump has been with Wellington Implement since 2004. Her responsibilities consist of handling all incoming calls to the business in a courteous and professional manner and then directing them to the proper department in a timely manner. Brenda also greets customers and assists them in getting the services they want. She also handles most of the filing for the business, ordering office supplies, and assisting the other departments as needed. Outside of Wellington Implement she enjoys ceramics, scrapbooking and is very involved in her sorority, Beta Sigma Phi. Brenda also loves spending time with her grandchildren and family. |

Denise Smithberger – Administrative AssistantExt. – 230 Denise has been with Wellington Implement since 2012. Denise has received on the job training in accounting and has over 16 years of experience in accounting. Her responsibilities are to provide administrative support to departments/managers, general clerical, and project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Denise is married with one daughter. She loves spending time with her family, riding Harley Davidson Motorcycles, gardening, and camping. She is also a big fan of the Cleveland Browns, Indians, Cavs, and OSU. Denise volunteered as a coach for Baton Corp for over 6 years and also has helped with Relay for Life and other events to raise funds for cancer. She loves helping other people. |

Ashley Cunningham has been doing marketing for Wellington Implement since 2007. She is a graduate of Wilmington College with a B.A in Business Management and worked for many years as a marketing consultant. Some of her responsibilities include brand management and advertising, co-op management, website development, and special event coordination. Ashley is married with a son and a daughter and enjoys spending time with family, boating, cooking, and college football (Go Bucks!) |
