Performance

Extra-large Capacity Hopper

The BL-600 features an extra-large 1.5 cubic-yard hopper while the BL-800 features a 2.0 cubic-yard hopper.  Both are constructed from 16-gauge stainless steel, or if you prefer, the BL-800 is also available in 14-gauge carbon steel.  Both inserts spread salt, sand, salt/sand mix and free-flowing granular materials up to 30 feet.

Choose from a 6.5HP or 10.5HP Briggs & Stratton gas engine, 11HP Honda gas engine or a dual-electric 12-volt motor to make quick work of even the toughest materials.

Reliability

Even Material Flow

The BL-600 and 800 feature a stainless steel inverted-V.  Meyer's drag chain Material Movement System (MMS)  allows material to flow evenly to the spinner for an even distribution of material coverage to the ground.

Top Screens

The Base Line's top screens prevent large chunks of material from entering the hopper allowing reliable spreading of materials.

Ease of Use

Easily Adjustable Spread Pattern

The BL-600 insert spreader features an easily removable stainless steel spinner standard with baffles while the BL-800 spreader features a poly spinner assembly with formed handles and pins to allow for easy on/off, maintenance and storage.  Both spinner assemblies allow adjustment of the spread pattern up to 30'.

In-Cab Controller

The in-cab controller, with electric start, mounts in the cab for operator accessibility.  This keeps you dry, no matter how tough the storm is outside.
