Employees are given the freedom to work when they please as long as minimum hour requirements are met for each pay period and there are others available to take care of our customers. Our families also get to know each other at Christmas parties, open houses, and summer events such as rodeos, concerts or pool parties.

Overview on our Health Insurance for 2023
- For Single Employee - Company pays first $500 of medical expenses then 50/50 match up to Medical Mutual's $5,000 annual deductible
- For Families - Company pays first $1,000 of medical expenses then 50/50 match up to Medical Mutual's $10,000 annual deductible
- No co-pays on office visits or generic drugs
- Preventative care / annual doctor visits covered 100%
- Employee's pre-tax, per-pay premium contributions (26 pays/yr)
- Employee only: $55.00
- Employee and 1 child/spouse: $110.00
- Employee and 2+ children/spouse: $140.00
- Short-Term and Long-Term disability insurance, and life insurance, is available to all employees at NO CHARGE
- Health Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) allow you to pay for eligible out-of-pocket medical expenses for you, your spouse and your dependents using pre-tax dollars
- Delta Dental & EyeMed insurance is available
- AFLAC supplemental health insurance is available
Up to 22 Days of Paid Time Off
New employees will earn seven days of PTO in their second year of employment, twelve days in their third and up to 22 days after 11 years with the company

- Eligible age to participate: 21.
- Eligible to participate after 1 year of service to the company.
- Company Match: 25% of employee contribution, up to 3% of total annual compensation.
- Fully vested after being on plan 5 years (or starting year 6).
