Overview on our Health Insurance for 2025:

  • For Single Employee - Company pays 50% of medical expenses up to Anthem's $5,000 annual deductible, then Anthem pays 80% of expenses until employee reaches $6,900 in out of pocket expenses
    • $27,000 in total medical expenses would be required to achieve max out of pocket
  • For Families - Company pays 50% of medical expenses up to Anthem's $10,000 embedded annual deductible, then Anthem pays 80% of expenses until family reaches $13,800 in out of pocket expenses
    • $54,000 in total medical expenses would be required to achieve max out of pocket
    • Embedded deductible means if one family member achieves $5,000 in expenses, Anthem begins picking up 80% of future expense until the family member reaches $6,900 in out of pocket expenses
  • No co-pays on drugs
  • Cellphone app-based "tele-doctor" service available for free to all employees & family members and is totally free to use
    • Great for when you of your kids need an antibiotic for a sinus infection, ear infection, etc
  • Preventative care / annual doctor visits covered 100%
  • Employee's pre-tax, per-pay premium contributions (26 pays/yr) has been unchanged since 2021 and are as follows:
    • Employee only: $55.00
    • Employee and 1 child/spouse: $110.00
    • Employee and 2+ children/spouse: $140.00

New employees will earn seven days of PTO in their second year of employment, twelve days in their third and up to 22 days after 11 years with the company
